The video recording of the EUMOFA Talk " Seafood on a Budget: how EU consumers are adjusting to reduced purchasing power" is now available.
EUMOFA held the Talk “Seafood on a Budget: how EU consumers are adjusting to reduced purchasing power” on 5 July 2023 on Zoom. This talk focused on different ways in which consumers adapt their purchasing decisions in front of current economic pressure. It also considered the various ways in which consumer behaviour can influence the trajectory of the fisheries and aquaculture sector in terms of economic viability, environmental impact, and long-term sustainability. The panel included:
