Join us for the upcoming EUMOFA Talk, From Sea to Shelf: Unpacking Consumer Behaviour and Market Trends in Sustainable Fisheries on 6 May 2025, from 12:15 to 13:00 CET in room CC 5.3 at the Seafood Expo Global in Barcelona, Spain.
This workshop will delve into the current consumer trends regarding sustainable fishery and aquaculture products, focusing on sustainability awareness, purchasing behaviour, and market mechanisms like eco-labelling. The participants will also get insights on strategies to promote the market adoption of environmentally friendly products, ensuring sustainability throughout the supply chain. The workshop is free and accessible to all.
