EUMOFA Talk at Seafood Expo Global 2023

Farming in water: strategies to ensure social acceptance and meet demand for high quality food through sustainable aquaculture

EUMOFA invites you to join the upcoming EUMOFA Talk, which will be held in person on 27 April 2023, 10.45 CET at the Seafood Expo Global in Barcelona, Spain.

The event will be held in English. Q&A is planned for the end of the talk, which will be an opportunity for the audience to debate and exchange views with the speakers.

The panel members will include:

• Laurène Jolly - Policy Officer, European Commission, Directorate-General for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (DG MARE)
• Javier Ojeda - General Secretary, Federation of European Aquaculture Producers (FEAP)
• Amyne Ismail - President, UNIMA Distribution
• Audun Lem - Deputy Director of Fisheries Division, Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO)

Moderator: Safa Souidi, Analyst – EUMOFA Team

The EUMOFA team will be also on hand throughout the three-day expo at its stand (4G700, Hall 4) to offer practical demonstrations on how to access data and key information on the European fisheries and aquaculture market available on its website.
